Will I be charged when the trial ends?
No. The 14-day Pro trial starts as soon as you create your page, needs no card, and never charges you. When it ends you're on Free unless you choose to pay.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in one click from Settings: no calls, no forms. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing else is charged. Changed your mind? Resume with one click.
What happens to my page if I stop paying?
It stays live on the free plan. Extra pages keep working; you just can't add new ones. Your full history is kept, and Pro shows it again if you come back.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes, on every plan. Download your page as a working website, your leads and subscribers as spreadsheets, and a full backup as JSON from Settings → Data.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Never. featurd takes 0%: buyers pay through your own Stripe or Razorpay account and the money goes straight to you; only your provider's own fees apply. Paid products are on Pro; free products and waitlists work on every plan.
What are Ivo credits?
Ivo is the AI that designs and runs your page. A chat message is 1 credit, a full redesign or import 10, an AI image 5, an e-book 25, a reply draft or post 1. Free has 100 a month, Pro 1,000. Your sign-up import is free, and editing by hand never needs credits.
Refunds?
Full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, no questions. Reply to your receipt or email hello@featurd.me. Full policy at featurd.me/refund.
How do I pay?
By card anywhere, or UPI in India, through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Prices include tax. Yearly plans get an email 3 days before they renew.
Is seeing who opened my link paywalled?
Never. Every plan tells you when a link you sent was opened. Pro adds more links and longer history, not the basic answer.
